Once you get to the final boss in Nintendo Entertainment System's Adventure Island, all you need to do is pulverize him with whatever firepower or axe power you may have at your disposal. All of a sudden you will notice this cat-faced boss' head will detach from its dear body. You will have to proceed forward when this happens so you can save your lovely Tina.
